Read case →Yes for typical mining truck duty. We've supplied bed liners for 100-ton class haul trucks loaded by 20m³ shovels — 20 mm UHMWPE handles it. For ultra-class trucks (240+ tons) we recommend 25-30 mm.
Customer drills the truck bed steel through pre-located holes in our liner. Use M16 countersunk hardware. Joining studs to the bed steel and bolting through is also common. We provide drilling templates.
